With over 30 years of combined experience, we’ve led teams, built divisions, and delivered results across Australia. We’ve done the long hours and hit the big targets – but we also saw what wasn’t working: the shortcuts, the cracks, and the times when pressure overshadowed people.

We knew of each other long before working together – because good reputations travel. Once we teamed up, it was clear: our values aligned, our work ethic matched, and our belief in doing recruitment the right way became the foundation.

She has built high-performing recruitment functions and led successful teams across Accounting & Finance and Business Support, partnering with businesses of all sizes-from growing SMEs to large corporates.

Rebecca delivers a considered, strategic service that balances pace with precision offering tailored solutions that align with the role, the culture, and the long term business vision. Known for her clarity, emotional intelligence, and insightful approach, she helps organisations hire efficiently while driving stronger team performance, cultural alignment, and long-term retention.

Outside of work, she’s a proud mum of two, a foodie always up for recommendations, a theatre lover, and a karaoke enthusiast-bringing energy and heart to everything she does.

Backed by qualifications in Commerce, Law, and Marketing—as well as industry-recognised recruitment certifications—George has a strong track record of refining recruitment best practices and delivering measurable results.
Passionate about connecting people with meaningful career opportunities, he is recognised for his integrity, discretion, and adaptability in an ever-evolving employment landscape.

Outside of work, George is a proud father, dedicated foodie, and an avid fan of fast cars and all things sport.
